Do you ship internationally?
We do offer international shipping to these countries:
Australia, Austria, Canada, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Norway, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Mexico, and Greenland.
How long does shipping take?
Unless the item is made-to-order, you will receive your shipping 5-7 days after it is ordered. Once the tracking number is provided and the item is scanned, Angel Cult is no longer responsible for the transportation of the package. All packages will be insured, so if you believe your item was stolen or lost please feel free to contact us as well as the shipping carrier.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We do not accept exchanges for store credit. Only exceptions will offered if the item has arrived damaged or stained. Please email us for sizing errors on originally designed, in-house made products.
Vintage + Garment Care
What does a vintage item entail?
Because most of our clothes we have are vintage, that means that they are pre-loved. Worn down clothing is expected from very old items and any stains, tears, or rips will be mentioned in the description, we do our best to fix and repair these pre-loved items. If you believe your item came damaged, please feel free to contact us!
Where do we acquire most of our vintage clothing?
We source most of our vintage through rag houses and wholesalers. Most of our vintage products are mended and cleaned before we list them to our shop. We encourage secondhand and vintage shopping as a chance to give items a new purpose before tossed out or destroyed. We will also be introducing some new handmade products and working with ethical manufacturers to bring you brand pieces soon <3
How do I determine sizing?
In the description section of each item listed, we include detailed measurements of every piece. It is highly recommended that you check your own measurements before purchasing the item to receive the best results. Pick a favorite piece in your own closet and check the fit of it to compare to the item you're thinking of purchasing.

6) Where are your original designs made?
All original designs are produced in small batches and we work exclusively with SEDEX and sweatshop-free manufacturers abroad. We work with manufacturers found at trade shows and are always looking to improve with the materials we use to the ethics of each and every manufacturer we do business with. The items that are not manufactured are handmade with love in the US by our founder <3

By shopping with us, you are supporting a small business with a dream and we love you endlessly for that! Not only this, but you are proving us with a living wage, supporting independent designers, and shopping ethically to be kind to our planet.
Do you contribute to any organizations or good causes?
In the past, we have started campaigns to donate a percentage of the proceeds to RAICES a foundation that we really believe in and support. They help fund immigration lawyers that will in turn help families and children separated from their families at ICE detention centers.
In light of the Black Lives Matter movement, we have also donated 50% of proceeds each month this past summer to various organizations like Miami Dream Defenders, FemPowerMia Bail Fund, and Black Lives Matter. For more updates check out out insta page: @angel.cult <3
